Bob
and Judy Smith, sole owners of Bear Ridge Mall in Andrews, NC have big
dreams for the 30 acre property they bought to save from being subdivided.

About the owners, Bob & Judy Smith:
Bob
Smith grew up in SW Virginia and went into military service in 1965. He
became a helicopter pilot and served in Vietnam for 10 months. Smith was
shot down many times and eventually wounded and sent home. After his
military career, he continued flying as a standardization pilot in Texas.
After an honorable discharge from the Army, he went to work as a helicopter
pilot in the civilian field. He spent 35 years constructing power lines in
the mountains of West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina. He has flown in
excess of 30,000 hours, most of which has been helicopters. Smith also
worked as a stunt pilot for many years, flying in 27 plus movies and
commercials. Some of the more well-known movies are Forest Gump, Blue Skies,
Lord of the Flies and many TV shows.
